The same passing record that the Owls gave up to Air Force last week has been broken, 76 yards was the previous record and it took 1 week for it to be broken as Ben Burch finds Devron Tucker for a 83 yard scamper for a Touchdown!! Even without his two starting receivers, Ben Burch has so far put up a whopping 261 yards, 3 touchdowns, and a 255.3 passer rating. Oh and just to fire to the wounds, he has not thrown a INT so far. This is exactly what the Owls wanted coming into their first conference game against FIU.
Congratulations to Ben Burch, and to this whole offense for pulling through and setting the record. And a special congrats to Devron Tucker, for making and outstanding play after the catch, dodging tacklers and running his heart out for the score!
